The PADI Open Water Diver Course is the most popular scuba diving cour
se in the world and is designed to teach you the fundamental skills and kn
owledge you need to become a certified scuba diver.

The course is divided into three main sections: knowledge development, c
onfined water dives, and open water dives.

Outline

The Open Water Diver course is designed to be completed in three days a
nd consists of the following:
Knowledge Development: This section covers everything you need to kno
w about basic techniques, terminology, and safety procedures in scuba div
ing.
You can complete this section independently via PADI’
s eLearning platform or in our classroom setting with a PADI instructor.
Confined Water Dives: These are training sessions conducted in a pool or
water with pool-like conditions.
They give you the opportunity to get used to the gear you’
ll be using and practice the basic skills of diving and techniques to keep you safe.
Open Water Dives: This is what it’ s all about – you’
ll make your first dives in the Red Sea! During four dives, you’
ll perform various skills underwater and on the surface to make sure you’
re a safe and competent diver.

Prerequisites:

Certification:
